Sir Knight William R. Greenen, Right Eminent Grand
Commander of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Arizona,
formally recognized Miss Haley Childress at the Arizona Grand York Rite
Mid-Year Meeting on March 16, 2024, as the winner of the Arizona Knights
Templar Educational Foundation 2023-2024 Scholastic Award of
$1000.00.
This Scholastic Award is paid in two
payments of $500.00 each. Miss Childress received the first $500.00
check in August of 2023 at the Arizona Grand York Rite Sessions Banquet,
and recently received the second $500.00 check based on her outstanding
grades for the fall semester at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in
Prescott, AZ. The Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Arizona takes
great pleasure in assisting outstanding students in pursuit of their
educational goals!
Miss Childress also received the 2023-2024 Arizona Grand Chapter Student Assistance Grant of $1000.00.
