Companions and Sir Knights:

We are pleased to extend a cordial invitation to you and your lady to attend the 2023 Arizona Grand Sessions being held from August 7 – 10, 2024.  It’s time again to gather to conduct the business of the Arizona Grand York Rite Bodies and enjoy the fellowship of Companions and Sir Knights and their ladies from Arizona and visiting jurisdictions.  

Our venue for this year will be the Doubletree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa in Mesa, AZ.  We have obtained a special group rate of $104.00 per night (plus applicable taxes, single/double occupancy).  Please reach out to the hotel at 480-835-5555, opt 3 and use the group code, GYR, when you make your reservations.  Hotel Reservation cut-off for the special rate isJuly 31, 2024.

The 2024 sessions will be scheduled as follows:

• Vespers Service — Wednesday, August 7
• Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons — Thursday, August 8
• Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Arizona — Friday, August 9
• Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Arizona — Saturday, August 10
• Installations will be held on the corresponding afternoons at 3:00 PM.

Annual Meetings of the Order of High Priesthood, Order of the Silver Trowel and the Past Commanders Association will be at 1:00 PM on the day corresponding to the appropriate Grand body. Petitions may obtained from the Grand Secretary.

The Holy Land Pilgrimage Fund Raising Dinner will be held Thursday evening at Oriental Lodge #20, at 726 N. Center St., Mesa, AZ 85201. The net proceeds generated goes directly to help send ministers from Arizona on a trip of a lifetime to the Holy Land. Appropriate dress for the Holy Land Pilgrimage Dinner is business casual. We will also have a Holy Land program at the dinner.

Our Grand York Rite Banquet and Awards Ceremony will be held on Friday evening and the requested dress is Dark Suit, Tuxedo, Chapter or Council coat and tie or Class A uniform.

Please be sure to register and make your selections for meals by clicking on the Registration tab and registering either On-Line or by Downloading and sending in a form. The deadline for registration is 11:59 pm, July 31, 2024 … there will be a $10 late fee for registrations after that date.
